Description
MAGNASOLVE MGN – 3004 is an elastomer-based bitumen, cold-applied, waterproofing membrane. One side is coated with aluminum foil, while the other side features a self-adhesive surface.
Applications
- Provides waterproofing by adhering to various surfaces such as wood, metal, glass, plaster, and concrete.
- Also used for soundproofing in vehicles and ships.

Application Procedure
Surface Preparation
- The application surface must be dry, clean, and free from materials that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, rust, and loose particles.
- Highly absorbent surfaces like concrete, plaster, and particleboard must be primed with a bitumen-based primer.
Application Method
- Remove the protective film from MAGNASOLVE MGN – 3004 and press the self-adhesive side firmly onto the substrate.
- Ensure full contact with the surface by pressing down over the entire area.
- Use a silicone roller to ensure proper adhesion.
